Following is a chart from some historical data for Hoover, measured in feet above sea level.  We thank Gary Hannahs of Watershed Management for providing the raw data.  The "Average" is compiled from data going back to 1956.  Gary also would like it known that".....normal" pool elevation is 894.00'....this is the height of the crest gates...any water above that elevation goes over the top of the gates, water below that elevation stays impounded."
